Terms of Sale

The owner of the online store www.mustrender.com is Mustraders OÜ (registry code 16843462), located at Kungla 49/1-6, 10413 Tallinn, Harju County.

Validity of sales agreement, product and price information

The sales terms apply when purchasing products from the online store.

The sales price is indicated next to the product. Shipping cost is added to the price.

Shipping cost depends on the buyer`s location and on the chosen delivery method. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Product information is provided in the online store next to the products.

Mustraders OÜ is registrated as a VAT payer (VAT identification number EE102668939). All prices provided in the web store include VAT 22%. All prices are in euros (€) and the transaction currency is euro.

Order placement

To order products, add the items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required information fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total cost will be calculated and displayed. Pay for Your order securely through bank payment, card payment or in 3 installments. Mustrender.com does not process or store Your credit card data.

All payment data, including payment link data, is mediated to the banks by Montonio Finance UAB.

The sales contract becomes effective once the payment is received by the online shop.

In case of stock errors or some other reasons the items cannot be delivered, the buyer will be notified and fully refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

Online orders will be handled M-F 10:00-17:00 (CET).

Delivery

We deliver all over Europe.

Shipping to Estonia usually takes 1-3 working days (courier or parcel locker).

Shipping to other European countries takes 2-5 working days  (courier).

The buyer bears the shipping costs and the corresponding price information is displayed alongside the shipping method.

Return policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of delivery without explanation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right to return, the ordered products must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products in a way that is allowed to test the products in a physical store. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable).

If the products have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right not to accept the return or demand compensation for the decreased value of the goods. For health reasons, underwear and socks in opened packaging cannot be returned.

The buyer has the right to return or demand replacing defective goods.

  • Defective goods will be replaced or refunded by the online shop
  • If replacing the goods is not possible, a refund will be made

 

For replacing or returning a defective product, terms and conditions have to be met:

  • the buyer must notify the online shop within a reasonable time since the defect occured or should have occurred  via e-mailing customer@mustrender.com
  • An invoice must be attached to the returned item(s)
  • Return application must be attached to the returned item(s) or sent in a written form customer@mustrender.com
  • The online store will refund all the costs associated with returning and/or replacing the defective product 
  • Product defects are not damages caused by heat, sharp objects, chemicals etc or the outcome of not using the product purposefully or storing it wrongfully. In this case, the products will not be replaced or refunded.
  • The online store is not obliged to repair or replace a product if the product tags are removed

 

After receiving the returned goods, the online store will make a refund to the buyer immediately but no later than after 14 days. Refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was made.

The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided evidence of returning the item, depending on which occurs earlier.

Please note that if a delivery method other than the least expensive is chosen, the online shop is not required to refund the cost which exceeds the cost of the least expensive delivery method.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online shop has been significantly misstated due to an error and it is below the market price of the goods.

If the buyer and the online store will not reach to an agreement, Consumer Disputes Committee (Estonia) or European Consumer Centres Network can be contacted.

 

Force Majeure

Mustrender.com will not be liable for failure of or delay in performing obligations set in the sales agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events and circumstances not controllable or foreseeable by Mustrender.com

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The online shop uses personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the purchased goods to the buyer. The online shop is allowed to forward personal data to companies providing shipping services for the purpose of delivering the goods.

Newsletters and offers are sent to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their preference to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer can decline receiving further email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

The right to make a claim

The online shop is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold or for deficiencies which were present at the time of delivery and which occur within two years.

The buyer must report defects within two months of the occurrence to customer@mustrender.com

In case of occurred defects the buyer should stop using the product.

Replacing or repairing the defective goods will be agreed upon between the online shop and the buyer. Repairing costs will be covered by Mustrender.com.

The online shop is not responsible for defects that occurred due to using the product unpurposefully or storing it wrongfully.

To report a defect, an application must be submitted to customer@mustrender.com, including the contact person´s name, phone number, order number and description and photos of the defect.

We will reply to your complaint in 14 days.

The buyer has the right to demand a partial or full refund in case the goods cannot be replaced or repaired, or Mustrender.com fails to replace or repair the goods, or fails to repair or replace the goods in reasonable time.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints must be sent to customerservice@mustrender.com

In case Mustrender.com and the buyer are not able to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The Consumer Disputes Commission has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Webshop. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
